For new shooters that are already IDPA members and competitors bring your IDPA classification card and your gear.
If you have never shot handgun competitively then we suggest you come out and observe one of our matches and bring your handgun and gear for the range safety officers to review and make any suggestion.A biref discussion with them can help determine how ready you are or what steps you should take if your interested in joining us. We have also developed a 4 hour introduction to IDPA for new shooters that can help you get ready, additionally one of our members is a NRA certified pistol and Home defense instructor and can help you develop the basic skills to compete with us.

IDPA is an advanced skill set sport requiring a thorough knowledge of your firearm and shooting skills. It is not the place to learn these skills. However after you have some basic training and skills IDPA is an excellent way to enhance the skills you have learned from the instructor.
