We have also developed a 4 hour introduction to IDPA for new shooters that can help you get ready, additionally one of our members is a NRA certified pistol and Home defense instructor and can help you develop the basic skills to compete with us.
IDPA is an advanced skill set sport requiring a thorough knowledge of your firearm and shooting skills. It is not the place to learn these skills. However after you have some basic training and skills IDPA is an excellent way to enhance the skills you have learned from the instructor.
